They have done an excellent job and we would not hesitate to use them again. The team are hard-working and they coped well with difficult (and changeable) weather conditions as the job progressed. This is a follow up review to the one submitted perviously following tree and shrub management undertaken in January in our recently acquired garden. At the time, we were very pleased with the whole team, but Bruce was amazing; taking the time to talk the work through, make suggestions and explain the tasks. The trees and shrubs are now in leaf and/or blossom (hence review 2) so we can really see how successful the work has been. Professional from beginning to end. Arrived when they said they would.
Did a fabulous job with the trees including pollarding, reshaping, removal of ivy off one large tree and crown lift.

We moved into our new home in the Bembridge area 3 months ago and the garden need some work: 1) large trees needing cutting back / pollarding; 2) numerous small / medium trees and shrubs clearing and grinding out; 3) approx a dozen medium and large tree stumps grinding out; 4) new fencing and clearance at the side / front garden; 5) a brand new 13 metre long raised bed with sleepers. The work was completed over 3.5 days. We are very happy with the outcome and quality of the work and look forward to enjoying the garden in spring / summer. Bruce and the team were very polite and discussed options, the work and quoted costs clearly in advance. They also gave the garden a good old tidy after the work too so we had no mess at all to deal with afterwards. Would certainly recommend them.

A mature oak in Alverstone Garden Village carried a Tree Preservation Order, so work could not begin until consent was in place. We managed the TPO application, kept the client informed throughout, dismantled the tree sectionally, removed all timber under our waste carrier registration and completed the council sign-off. We operate with specialist teams under one company, one insurance policy and one point of contact, allowing a single purchase order to cover the agreed scope. We are based outside Newport and work exclusively on the Island, so enquiries are acknowledged the same day and site visits are arranged within two working days. The appointing organisation has one accountable contractor named on the paperwork from assessment to completion.
