1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.
2. Quotes and agreements
Each written quotation is based on the agreed scope and the site conditions identified during assessment. The formal written agreement sets out the work, fixed price, payment terms and project timeline. If the requested scope changes or unexpected site conditions require additional work, we explain the variation and agree it in writing before that additional work begins.
3. Payment terms
Payment is due on completion of each stage of the project, as set out in the written agreement.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Either side can rearrange a booked visit with reasonable notice. If weather or site conditions make the work unsafe on the day, we reschedule at no cost to you. Where materials have already been ordered for a cancelled job, the cost of those materials may be payable.
5. Liability and insurance
We carry full public liability insurance and all tree work is carried out in line with BS 3998:2010. We are responsible for damage directly caused by our negligence. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, or for damage not caused by our work.
6. Waste and site condition
Unless agreed otherwise, all arisings are processed and removed by us as registered waste carriers, and the site is left clean and tidy when we finish.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
