We moved into our new home in the Bembridge area 3 months ago and the garden need some work: 1) large trees needing cutting back / pollarding; 2) numerous small / medium trees and shrubs clearing and grinding out; 3) approx a dozen medium and large tree stumps grinding out; 4) new fencing and clearance at the side / front garden; 5) a brand new 13 metre long raised bed with sleepers. The work was completed over 3.5 days. We are very happy with the outcome and quality of the work and look forward to enjoying the garden in spring / summer. Bruce and the team were very polite and discussed options, the work and quoted costs clearly in advance. They also gave the garden a good old tidy after the work too so we had no mess at all to deal with afterwards. Would certainly recommend them.

How much does fencing cost on the Isle of Wight?

Every boundary is different, so we assess the fence type, length, ground and access during a free site visit. We then provide a fixed written quotation with no obligation to proceed.

How quickly can you give me a quote?

We acknowledge enquiries the same day and arrange a free site visit within two working days. After assessing the boundary, we typically confirm the fixed price in writing within 3 to 5 working days depending on the size of the project. This is to make sure we get the best possible prices from the material suppliers.

Do you set the posts in concrete?

Yes. Concrete-set posts hold far better against Island wind than driven or spiked posts, so the run always stays straight.

Can you replace just the damaged panels, or do I need the whole fence redone?

Both options are available. We repair sections affected by storm or rot damage, or replace the full boundary where the posts have failed.

Do you take the old fence away?

Yes. We remove and dispose of the old fencing as an EA registered waste carrier, and leave the site tidy.

Do you need access to both sides of the boundary?

It helps, but it is not always essential. We will agree access and any neighbour's-side points with you before we start.

Can you fit gates to match?

Yes. We fit pedestrian and driveway gates to match the fence line and hang them to swing and latch properly.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry public liability cover, and we can send you the certificate on request.
